As set decorator, I was given even more trust in handling my team, being aware of what was going on in the greater scope of production, and helping to shape the final look of the film.
Watching this Christmas special and feeling like I had a part in every moment o n screen was such a new and exciting feeling. I mostly have photos that others had taken of me on set, so I’ve included more stills on this one to show some of my favorite final vingettes.

My first full-time set dressing job turned into my first lead set dressing job within three months. Being on a show with a decades worth of assets meant getting to reach deep into the mezzanines and into my creativity to fill out the sets in a way that strongly contrasts the shows early years.

Just the two of us for a two day shoot for my music project. Half day in a rented studio space and then a huge day in four outdoor locations that ended in hauling 800lbs of play sand into the the basement of my apartment complex to visually mirror three locations.

My second gig in stop-motion was a charming short that put live-action puppetry in mix. Started to fall even more deeply in love with this small world.
Continued firsts with a making a “puppet,” being a puppeteer for Chip, and even a cameo and voice actor credit.
